Jeoffry Gordon, MD, MPH is a family physician at Family Health Centers of San Diego, providing medical care primarily to homeless patients.
Over the years he has helped establish 4 community clinics in various parts of the country. Dr. Gordon had a solo practice of family medicine in San Diego for 35 years before he retired. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Family and Community Health at UC San Diego School of Medicine. In 1976 he was appointed to the Medical Board of California by Governor Jerry Brown (during his earlier term) and served licensing and disciplining physicians and other health professions for 8 years.
He is currently a Consultant in Medical Bioethics at Sharp Memorial Hospital, and has served as a consultant and advisor to numerous medical and public health entities throughout his long career.
